Something unimaginable is being built 4 kms off the coast of Dubai. 300 man made islands that form the shape of the world map of a development so huge that it is visible from space! Several celebrities and business folks have bought these private havens which are being called as a future wonder of the world ...

Im sorry but if you look back in history Romans were dominating (mostly white)people) then after the dark years of the middle ages Englend came up on top (mostly white people). Then, after world war 1 and 2 The us came on top (mostly? white people) So throught history the white people were dominating ALL THE TIME. The Palm islands ...
The Palm islands are actually pretty cool, but The World is not as exciting. Whereas the Palms have an? organized, symmetrical structure, shopping areas and infact an entire infrastructure, 'The World' is just piles of course sand dumped haphazardly in the ocean to form 'islands.' If it very accurately portrayed a map of the world it might be more enticing, but as it stands they might as well just call it 'The Sand Piles.'

Saw, hated i it and going back to a NATURAL WORLD!! Salaries are high yes, but everything disappears on salik & rent. Its only? a joke for the rich. It is waayy tooo fake.

itaksimi is right. The migrant workers earn a lot more money than they ever would in their home countries, which is why they come to Dubai. Although many are poorly treated, their families are a lot better off than they have? ever been. A lot of people from my country (Philippines) go there as maids for example - many enjoy their time there and all earn more money than back home.

Thats true ! Dubai rules !! I swear in 199 dubai was only a god damn desert but just look at the place now after only 8 years, i can? promise you that dubai will be the worlds beautiful city. I was there in 2003 .. it was like a dream ... like heaven ;)
